Travesty of justice: Judge rules boneless wings are considered wings under the law

Travesty of justice: Judge rules boneless wings are considered wings under the law

This is a fight I've been a part of since this site began in 2020.

We all know that boneless wings aren't wings.

This week, however, the good guys lost their battle in court.

A man who was suing Buffalo Wild Wings for the abomination called
boneless wings," has been overruled by a judge.

After years in court, reality lost.

Boneless wings, which are in no way actually wings, are now legally recognized as wings.

Here's The New York Times:

Judge John J. Tharp Jr., of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, dismissed claim by Aimen Halim, saying it 'has no meat on its bones.'

'Despite his best efforts, Halim did not 'drum' up enough factual allegations to state a claim,' Judge Tharp said in his ruling.

He thinks this is a joke!

(He's an Obama judge, of course.)

Tharp, why don't you go do something productive, like block presidential orders with the rest of the rogue judges, instead of crushing culinary truth?

Judge Tharp noted that cauliflower wings are also sold under the wing section of the restaurant's menu and as an alternative to traditional wings.

'If Halim is right, reasonable consumers should think that cauliflower wings are made (at least in part) from wing meat,' he said. 'They don't, though.'

Judge Tharp also said that the menu offered boneless wings at a cheaper price than traditional wings — an indication that the item is not, in fact, deboned.

The judiciary is out of control!

Mr. Halim can amend his claim to try to prove he suffered 'economic injury,' but it's unlikely to be persuasive, Judge Tharp said. He has until March 20 to file an amended complaint.

I hope he takes this all the way to the Supreme Court.

This is one ruling that cannot be allowed to stand.

Boneless wings aren't wings.
