This was an official anti-harassment ad for London's official public transportation agency (Transport for London).
The black guy had a white friend who was part of the harassment (but seemed embarrassed).

The short clip showed a black male verbally harassing a young girl. He was accompanied by a white male friend, who sat down close to the victim 'boxing her in'.
The advert was released as part of TfL's new 'Act Like a Friend' campaign that encourages people to intervene safely if they witness sexual harassment or hate crime on the network.
TfL told the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) that both characters intimidated the victim and displayed offensive behaviour.
That didn't matter. The ASA said this was clearly racist!
ASA said: 'We understood there was a negative racial stereotype based on the association between black males, including teenagers, and threatening behaviour. We assessed whether the advert reinforced that stereotype.
Can't have people thinking that black men are more prone to violent behavior on trains!
The irony (beyond the censorship itself) is that British officials have pushed multiple anti-harassment ads that show white Brits harassing minorities.
In fact, in the same ad that has now been banned, a red-faced white dude berates a black woman for taking the seat he wanted.
When people ask me why so many whites (particularly young men) are dabbling in ethnic tribalism again, I point to this kind of propaganda.
All humans are made equal in the image of God. All human life is therefore precious.
But Brits are experiencing an increase in mass stabbings, rapes, and general public violence that is being perpetrated by specific groups, particularly male migrants from Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Despite non-whites being the minority:
In 2024/25, 59% of all arrests in London were of individuals from non-white ethnic groups.
In 2023, 75.6% were non-white (40.5% Black, 6.9% Asian, 4.3% Other; White 24.4%).
According to the 2022 census, 13.5% of Londoners are black, and yet, the July 2025 report from the mayor of London detailed how blacks are the largest perpetrators of knife crime:
This violence has spilled over onto public transportation.

Brits are seeing this happen to their loved ones daily. Their government has responded by telling them that 2+2=5. Then, to make matters worse, the British government is running ads where only historic white Brits are the problem.
To avoid becoming clinically insane, many Brits, like Westerners all over, are starting to engage in the same kind of ethnic tribalism that their woke governments (and many migrants) have regularly engaged in for the past 50 years.
