BREAKING: Federal Judge Orders RELEASE Of Pro-Hamas Activist Mahmoud Khalil

Yet another rogue, activist judge has just acted against the best interest of the American people…

Today, a federal judge ordered the release of Mahmoud Khalil from ICE detention.

Khalil is a pro-Hamas (pro-terrorist) activist who was a key figure in the violent protests on college campuses like Columbia University.

Mahmoud Khalil is an open support of Hamas, a designated terror organization.

Here’s some proof:

Why should this man be allowed to stay in the U.S. when he so openly defends anti-American, pro-terrorist ideologies?

Khalil has been in custody of ICE after being arrested and having his green card revoked in March.

Per NBC News:

A federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to release pro-Palestinian activist and Columbia University graduate Mahmoud Khalil, ending more than three months of custody in an ongoing test of the executive branch’s power to unilaterally act against legal U.S. residents.

Khalil, whose plight has been center stage of Trump’s vow to crack down on opponents of Israel’s incursion into Gaza, has been in the custody of immigration agents since March 8.

“After more than three months we can finally breathe a sigh of relief and know that Mahmoud is on his way home to me and Deen, who never should have been separated from his father,” said Khalil’s wife Noor Abdalla.

“We know this ruling does not begin to address the injustices the Trump administration has brought upon our family, and so many others the government is trying to silence for speaking out against Israel’s ongoing genocide against Palestinians,” she said. “But today we are celebrating Mahmoud coming back to New York to be reunited with our little family, and the community that has supported us since the day he was unjustly taken for speaking out for Palestinian freedom.”

The White House called out the judicial coup that continues to rage on and plans to appeal the ruling.

Homeland Security released this statement:

An immigration judge, not a district judge, has the authority to decide if Mr. Khalil should be released or detained. On the same day an immigration judge denied Khalil bond and ordered him removed, one rogue district judge ordered him released. This is yet another example of how out of control members of the judicial branch are undermining national security. Their conduct not only denies the result of the 2024 election, it also does great harm to our constitutional system by undermining public confidence in the courts.

It is a privilege to be granted a visa or green card to live and study in the United States of America. The Trump Administration acted well within its statutory and constitutional authority to detain Khalil, as it does with any alien who advocates for violence, glorifies and supports terrorists, harasses Jews, and damages property. An immigration judge has already vindicated this position. We expect a higher court to do the same.

CBS News reported:

Abigail Jackson, a spokeswoman for the White House, said the administration would appeal.

“[T]here is no basis for a local federal judge in New Jersey — who lacks jurisdiction — to order Khalil’s release from a detention facility in Louisiana,” Jackson said. “We expect to be vindicated on appeal, and look forward to removing Khalil from the United States.”

Tricia McLaughlin, a spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security, said the order was “yet another example of how out of control members of the judicial branch are undermining national security.”

“The Trump Administration acted well within its statutory and constitutional authority to detain Khalil, as it does with any alien who advocates for violence, glorifies and supports terrorists, harasses Jews, and damages property,” McLaughlin said. “An immigration judge has already vindicated this position. We expect a higher court to do the same.”
