A South African father faced every parent's nightmare when armed men ambushed his family outside their new home—and he answered with extraordinary courage.

Sidney Hill was driving away from the property with his daughter beside him when two gunmen allegedly emerged from a nearby vehicle and opened fire. His son was still outside, preparing to close the gate.

With bullets striking the family's Toyota Hilux, Hill leaned away from his daughter, shielded her as best he could, drew his handgun and fought back.

The first video shows how quickly an ordinary evening on Lea Place exploded into a terrifying fight for survival:

The attack happened at about 8 p.m. on October 9 outside the Hill family's home in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. They had moved into the house just four days earlier.

According to Maroela Media, a white Renault carrying five people stopped near the property as Hill was leaving in the Hilux. Two armed men got out, and the first shot tore through the Toyota's windshield.

BREAKING: Ric Flair Rushed To The Hospital After Collapsing Outside Restaurant

Wrestling legend Ric Flair was rushed to a Florida hospital Friday after a frightening fall outside a Tampa restaurant.

The 77-year-old WWE Hall of Famer reportedly suffered cuts to his head and eye. His eye was bleeding heavily, and emergency crews took him away by ambulance.

The first public look at the developing story came with a photo from the scene and the confirmation that Flair had been hospitalized:

TMZ reports that Flair had been at Wagamama in Tampa on Friday morning. According to sources cited by the outlet, he got up from the bar, left his phone and drink behind, walked across the street, and suddenly fell.

The fall reportedly left Flair with cuts to his head and around one eye. TMZ says a concussion is possible, but that has not been confirmed.

There is also no established cause of the fall, and no medical authority has linked it to the blood clot Flair disclosed earlier in the day.

JUST IN: 5th Circuit Appeals Court Hands President Trump HUGE Deportation Win!

President Trump just secured a huge courtroom victory for his effort to restore order to America's broken immigration system.

In a major 10-7 decision issued Friday, the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled that certain illegal aliens may be held without individualized bond hearings while their removal proceedings remain pending.

The ruling reverses three lower-court decisions that had ordered the release of detainees and restricted federal authorities from detaining them again without first holding bond hearings to assess dangerousness and flight risk.

This is an important win for the Trump administration, which has argued that federal law requires the detention of covered aliens who entered the country without inspection and were never lawfully admitted.

To be precise, the decision does not instantly deport every illegal alien in federal custody.

It preserves mandatory detention without individualized bond hearings for unadmitted applicants for admission covered by Section 1225(b)(2)(A) of Title 8 while their removal cases are being decided.

That distinction matters, but so does the practical consequence: federal judges within the Fifth Circuit cannot use the due-process theory rejected here to impose bond hearings that Congress did not provide for this category of detainees.

Respectfully, I don’t think that’s really the right question.

The question seems to be more like: Did anyone NOT know Lindsey Graham was gay?

But why am I even talking about this right now?

Because a new video called The Closetocracy just dropped, made by The Young Turks, claiming to drop a bombshell revelation that Lindsey Graham was gay (even though everyone seemingly already knew) and also seemingly dropping the video right before Midterms seemingly, allegedly, almost certainly (?) trying to impact the election and cause Lindsey Graham’s sister to lose her race.

A newly obtained copy of an old 1997 marriage certificate is feeding renewed scrutiny of Rep. Ilhan Omar's family history and her former marriage to Ahmed Nur Said Elmi. The visible record names Leila Nur Said Elmi's father as Nur Said Elmi, a military officer—a combination now drawing attention from President Trump, journalists and conservative commentators.

Leila's reported relationship to Omar remains unestablished, and the certificate does not show that Omar and her former husband are siblings. The record nevertheless contains names and family information relevant to questions Omar has faced for years.

The published copy records a marriage at Camden Register Office in London on February 25, 1997. It identifies the bride as Leila Nur Said Elmi, age 24, lists her father as Nur Said Elmi, gives his occupation as military officer and displays a certification date of October

I think he’s probably a good guy and he’s done a wonderful job in Florida, but man I can’t stand to listen to him.  And he’s always so dorky!

He tries so hard, and each time he tries to be cool it only makes him look that much dorkier.

Justice Department Charges Two “Former Senior FBI Officials” For Allegedly Lying To Congress About Their Involvement In Hunter Biden Investigation

The Justice Department has charged two former FBI officials for allegedly lying to Congress about their involvement in investigations into Hunter Biden, including his laptop.

Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides, former top leaders of a since-disbanded task force meant to counter foreign election interference, both surrendered Friday under arrest warrants.

“Lying to Congress by anyone strikes at the heart of our democratic system, but when senior FBI agents lie to Congress believing they are above the law, it's time to bring the hammer of justice down on them,” U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said, according to Fox News.

BREAKING: Supreme Court Clears New Hampshire To Enforce Student ID Voting Rules Ahead Of Midterms

New Hampshire just won an emergency election-law victory at the Supreme Court with less than two weeks to go before the November 3 midterms.

The Court on Thursday granted the state’s request to pause two lower-court orders that had restricted how officials could enforce New Hampshire’s new student-ID voting guidance.

The result: the state’s rules excluding student identification cards as proof of identity can remain in force while the appeal moves forward.

The first alert captured the ruling and the lone noted dissent.

The case is Scanlan v. Coalition for Open Democracy, No. 26A512.

New Hampshire’s House Bill 323 removed high school, college and university IDs from the list of documents that automatically qualify as voter identification. The law took effect June 2.

But the lower-court fight involved a narrower and more complicated question than whether a student ID must be accepted on its own.

U.S. District Judge Joseph Laplante left HB 323 itself in place. He separately blocked state guidance
