“Die MAGA Die,” Congressional Candidate Says Following Foreign Aid Package Vote

After the House of Representatives approved $95 billion for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, a New York Democrat congressional candidate gleefully voiced his approval.

“Slava Ukraine Die MAGA die. You lose,” Nate McMurray, U.S. congressional candidate for New York's 26th district, said.

“Nate McMurray is an attorney and Fulbright Scholar who grew up right here in Western New York. He’s running for Congress to finally give residents of Erie and Niagara Counties a proper voice in Washington, DC,” McMurray's website reads.

After posting the “Die MAGA die” comment, he received heavy backlash online.

Robby Starbuck quoted his post and said, “This is a Democrat running for Congress. Democrat politicians are bloodthirsty tyrants now who’ve lost their grip on reality.”

“What do you think people like this would be comfortable doing to the people you love to reeducate or punish them?” Starbuck added.

One user replied and said, “You’re a really sad person. You celebrate war funding for a corrupt foreign nation while wishing death upon your own countrymen. I’m embarrassed to be from the same country as you. Grow up.”

McMurray then responded, saying, “You support a fat con man. Go tell 'MAGA Mike' he voted for Ukraine.”

Bruce Ballou, a veteran according to his X profile, posted, “If a civil war were to ever occur, its people like this who’d be hiding in mommy’s basement, sh*tting themselves. This man is running for office and he’s proudly chanting ‘die MAGA die’. I loathe these people.”

This is a Democrat running for Congress. Democrat politicians are bloodthirsty tyrants now who’ve lost their grip on reality.

Countless young Ukrainians/Russians will die and he’s cheering like it’s a touchdown.

What do you think people like this would be comfortable doing to the people you love to reeducate or punish them?

And just like that they shout ‘UKRAINE! UKRAINE!’ while happily working to secure Ukraine’s borders, not ours,” Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said.

“Johnson is sharing the GOP Speakership with Democrats. To bring Ukraine spending up for a vote, he made a deal with Democrats on the procedural vote. Then he passed the bill today with every Democrat voting YEA and a majority of Republicans voting NAY,” Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) said.

“This is the U.S. House of Representatives under the direction of Speaker Mike Johnson. Democrats are celebrating his total capitulation with no victory for securing our border,” Massie added.
