Homan Takes On ‘Activist Judge’ Over ‘Disgusting’ Nazi Rhetoric: ‘Are You Kidding Me?’

President Donald Trump has advanced a tough new immigration policy in an effort to shut down borders essentially left open throughout the Biden administration.

While his agenda has attracted praise from a wide swath of the American population, far-left activists of all types remain adamantly opposed to the idea of immigrants facing any consequences for their illegal behavior.

For one federal judge, that opinion came in the form of a World War II comparison many deemed entirely inappropriate.

As Trump White House border czar Tom Homan argued in a subsequent Fox News interview, per the Daily Caller:

During a Monday court session, Circuit Judge Patricia Millett, appointed by President Barack Obama, claimed in the D.C. Court of Appeals that Nazis received more favorable treatment during World War II than members of Tren de Aragua (TdA) under the Trump administration, suggesting that Nazis had better chances to contest their removal compared to the alleged gang members. During an appearance on “The Ingraham Angle,” Homan fired back at the judge and said that Millett’s remarks are not only inappropriate but inflammatory.

“Just an example of an activist judge making a comparison. Are you kidding me? It’s a holocaust of Nazis? First of all, what the hell has that got to do with anything? We’re talking about the Alien and Enemies Act. We’re talking about terrorists being deported from the United States,” Homan said.

Homan said that the judge’s comments stirred unnecessary controversy, driven by certain media agendas.

“It’s disgusting she even said that, just try to evoke more, you know, nonsense on the left media, whatever, but it’s a ridiculous statement to make, and, again, it’s another example of an activist judge who doesn’t understand, or probably understands, but wants to push back against the Trump administration who is given a mandate to arrest public safety threats and get them out of the country, especially terrorists,” Homan added.

Millett’s remarks were similarly denounced by a parade of social media critics:

Breitbart also covered the judge’s recent comments:

The remark from Millett came during a hearing regarding whether a lower court can address the Trump administration’s plan to deport hundreds, potentially thousands, of gang members associated with Tren de Aragua and MS-13 through the Alien Enemies Act.

This month, the Trump administration used the Alien Enemies Act to deport 250 illegal alien gang members with Tren de Aragua and MS-13 — both of which are now designated as terrorist organizations by the State Department — to a mega-prison in San Salvador, El Salvador.

At the last minute, following a lawsuit from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Soros-linked Democracy Forward, Judge James E. Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order blocking Trump from deporting illegal aliens using the Alien Enemies Act.

Here’s some additional coverage of the backlash:
