It’s official folks…President Trump will NOT be sentenced in the Alvin Bragg so-called “hush money” case on November 26th.
In fact, he won’t be sentenced until 2029 at the earliest, if at all.
Last week we brought you the news that Judge Merchan had delayed the sentencing to November 26th:
Another Trump Win: Judge Merchan Grants Request To Delay Trial Deadlines
Now the Judge has once again kicked the can down the road, leaving the case open and in a limbo state until President Trump is out of office, i.e. 2029.
At that point, the case will be open for future moves, which could include dismissal, appeal, sentencing or all of the above, though not particularly in that order.

The Daily Mail reports that the case has been adjourned "indefinitely":
Donald Trump's sentencing in his New York hush money case has been called off as the court decides how to move forward after his astounding reelection victory.
According to a short court note, the sentencing scheduled for later this month on November 26 has been indefinitely 'adjourned.'
It comes as Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and his prosecutor deputies argued that the case against the president-elect should proceed. But they also stunningly acknowledged that they may need to pause the case in order to have more time to 'consider next steps.'
The Trump team immediately declared victory after the DA's admission.
'This is a total and definitive victory for President Trump and the American People who elected him in a landslide,' Communications Director Steven Cheung said.
'The Manhattan DA has conceded that this Witch Hunt cannot continue. The lawless case is now stayed, and President Trump's legal team is moving to get it dismissed once and for all.'
The lost again:
Judge Merchan just adjourned Trump’s November 26th Sentencing for the 34 BS criminal charges.
They lost again.

Watch this from Fox News' Bill Hemmer:
BREAKING: Judge Merchan delays ruling on Trump business records case pic.twitter.com/LiCEIGq0CE
— Benny Johnson (@bennyjohnson) November 12, 2024
TRANSCRIPT:
“The judge has delayed a ruling on whether or not to dismiss President-elect Donald Trump’s criminal conviction. These are 34 counts that came in at the end of May, May 30th, and the former President has been fighting it ever since.
The judge was going to sentence him prior to the election, then delayed it given the election itself. This is the ruling here. Just reading from the AP, a New York state judge has paused proceedings in the already decided criminal case on charges stemming from the hush money paid to a porn star.
The document reads, the judge had been set to decide by today whether or not the conviction could be vacated due to the ruling by the US Supreme Court midsummer, back in July, on presidential immunity. Trump had also been scheduled to be sentenced on November 26. So this now is a whole new ball of wax.’
Then we have Judge Jeanine absolutely going off:

In the end, every single lawfare case against President Trump folded like a sand castle.
Just like we told you would happen in the very beginning.
They were all built on sinking sand.
CNN looks crushed:
