President Donald Trump’s eldest daughter Ivanka is no stranger to compliments about her looks.
But when Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Eli Ricks shared his thoughts about her on social media, the remark sparked quite a reaction.
When Ivanka Trump visited the NFL team’s locker room this week, she left a note for Ricks that she shared on her own X account, along with other posts documenting the trip.
Fox News reported:
Ivanka’s post was in direct response to Ricks’ original tweet that said, “Donald trump daughter is beautiful,” from April 28.
Ricks later wrote, “After seeing her in person, Ivanka is exactly my type.”
ADVERTISEMENTIn response, she told Ricks. “Missed you today,” and included a photo of a note to the cornerback that said, “stopped by to say hi! Sorry to miss you! Go Birds!”
Her post received an array of replies, including some that expressed jealousy of the attention Ricks received and more than a few that wondered how her husband Jared Kushner might feel.

The New York Post had more about Ricks:
He also re-posted several pictures of the businesswoman and a selfie of him sitting in front of a portrait of the failed assassination attempt on the president last summer.
Ricks played college football at LSU and Alabama and joined the Eagles in 2023 as an undrafted free agent.
He appeared in seven games last season, lining up primarily as a special-teams player.
