This is just disgusting to watch and I imagine our Founding Fathers would be sickened to see this.

A man who won the 2024 election by a LANDSLIDE, with a clear mandate from the people, waging the ultimate political comeback….and instead of rallying behind him and trying to heal this country and move it forward, people like Norm Eisen are proudly boasting about having 152 open lawsuits against President Trump and being so giddy like a school-girl that you filed the first one at 12:01 on the day of his Inauguration.

I don’t care which side you’re on, this just makes my skin crawl:

We wanted to file the very first lawsuit—had somebody listening on their iPhone to the swearing-in and standing at the GSA to drop a complaint on them about the Trump Hotel.

In case you don’t know who Norm Eisen is, here’s a short bio:

Norman L. Eisen is an American lawyer, former diplomat, and political operative known for his focus on government ethics, anti-corruption policy, and legal strategy related to Democratic Party interests.

Background and Education

Eisen was born in 1960 in Los Angeles to Eastern European Jewish immigrants. His mother was a Holocaust survivor from Czechoslovakia. He earned a B.A. from Brown University in 1985 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1991. At Harvard, he was a classmate of Barack Obama.

Legal and Political Work

He began his legal career at Zuckerman Spaeder LLP, handling complex litigation. In 2003, he co-founded Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a liberal watchdog group focused on attacking political opponents under the banner of government accountability.

From 2009 to 2011, Eisen served as Special Counsel for Ethics and Government Reform to President Obama, where he was tasked with tightening executive branch ethics rules. His office drew criticism from some as being more about political optics than substance.

Diplomatic Role

In 2011, Obama appointed Eisen as U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic, a post he held until 2014. His tenure included anti-corruption messaging and various public relations events. Eisen often referenced his family’s Holocaust history during his time in Prague to strengthen diplomatic ties.

Involvement in Trump Impeachment

In 2019, Eisen served as Special Counsel to the House Judiciary Committee during the first impeachment of President Donald Trump. He played a key role in shaping the legal arguments for the Democrats. Afterward, he published a book titled A Case for the American People, which framed the impeachment in partisan terms.

Books and Media

Eisen has written multiple books on law, diplomacy, and political ethics, including The Last Palace, Democracy’s Defenders, and Overcoming Trumpery. He is a frequent presence in media outlets and cable news, especially as a legal commentator critical of conservative figures and policies.

Recent Activity

In 2025, Eisen launched a Substack called The Contrarian with journalist Jennifer Rubin, continuing his public advocacy on law, democracy, and anti-Trump rhetoric.
