NFL Star Detained, Handcuffed, Held Face Down On Concrete Just Hours Before Kickoff

I have to confess I don’t really follow the NFL anymore.

I used to love it (go Cowboys!) but then two things happened…(1) life got busy and I no longer had 4 hours to invest watching grown adults play a game, and (2) those same grown adults started to hate on America and sow racial division in America by kneeling for the National Anthem and then replacing it altogether with their “Black” National Anthem, which they proudly stand for.

That was when I tapped out.

Oh, and I suppose there’s also this:

I also confirmed the answer myself:

I’m just going to leave that there without comment.

If anyone has issues with that, take it up with Grok, not me!

All of that to say I am not current on any of the NFL stars right now, so I know virtually nothing about Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill (other than his parents must not have loved him much naming him “Tyreek”)….

But he made news this morning by being detained by police right before the game.

Ordinarily, I wouldn’t care much about that either, but when I dug into the story, it definitely caught my attention when I saw the videos.

First, let’s start with the Miami Dolphins who broke the news in this Tweet, calling it a “traffic incident” and saying he was “briefly detained by police”:

Ok, so that sounds very minor, right?

And that’s how they lie to you in the MSM with the news.

They can spin things any way they want.

But photos and video don’t lie…

This video shows him being handcuffed:

Who gets handcuffed for a “brief detention”?

But then it gets worse, look as four officers have him handcuffed and now face down in the concrete in the street:

More here:

RVM News had more details:

According to Rosenhaus, the altercation occurred approximately one block from the stadium and was resolved quickly, allowing Hill to join his team for the game. “This morning, WR Tyreek Hill was pulled over for a traffic incident about one block from the stadium and briefly detained by police,” the Dolphins stated. ”

He has since been released. Several teammates saw the incident and stopped to offer support. Tyreek and all other players involved have safely arrived at the stadium and will be available for today’s game.”

Eyewitnesses captured the moment, with photos and videos circulating online showing Hill handcuffed and sitting at the curb while surrounded by law enforcement.

The incident, which unfolded around 10:30 a.m. ET, did not prevent Hill from participating in the game, which kicked off at 1 p.m. ET.

Look, I don’t know what happened here, and I don’t know who is in the right or wrong, but if it was minor and he was then released, why the need for the handcuffs and what appears to be pretty serious police aggression?

Is this Scottie Scheffler 2.0?

The Miami Dolphins would go on to win their game today against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a final score of 20-17. The game was decided by a game-winning field goal by Jason Sanders as time expired.
