REVEALED: Chief Justice Roberts’ Past Connection to Rogue Judge Who Tried to Stop Deportations


A few days ago, Chief Justice John Roberts issued a rare statement in defense of rogue judges, like Judge James Boasberg who tried to block President Trump from deporting hundreds of violent Venezuelan gang members over the weekend.

If you missed it, here’s that statement:

For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.

Now, this is so strange because SCOTUS typically stays out of politics.

It’s incredibly atypical for a Supreme Court justice to speak out on something like this.

So, why now?

Could it be because Chief Justice Roberts is linked to corrupt Judge James Boasberg?

You see, as it turns out, Boasberg was appointed to serve on the U.S. FISA court by Chief Justice Roberts in 2014 — the very same FISA court that notoriously approved illegal surveillance of President Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Axios confirmed:

Boasberg served as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, after which he was a litigation associate in San Francisco and then in Washington.

  • In 1996, he joined the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia as an assistant U.S. Attorney, where he served for more than five years and specialized in homicide prosecutions.
  • Then-President George W. Bush in 2002 gave Boasberg his first job on the bench as an associate judge of the D.C. Superior Court, where served in the civil and criminal divisions and the domestic violence branch.
  • He was then appointed to the federal bench in 2011 by then-President Obama.
  • Boasberg served a seven-year term on the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court starting in 2014. He was appointed by Justice Roberts.
  • The connection between Judge Boasberg and Justice Roberts is drawing a lot of criticism…

    Judge Boasberg is already the subject of an impeachment process.

    But, calls are growing for Justice Roberts to be impeached as well.
