RFK Jr. And Tulsi Gabbard To Rally For President Trump In Battleground State

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard, two former Democrats who endorsed President Trump, will hold a joint rally for Trump in Arizona.

RFK Jr. and Gabbard are also on Trump’s transition team.

“Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will campaign Saturday for Donald Trump in Glendale, returning to the same city where he boosted the GOP nominee at a rally last month,” The Arizona Republic reports.

The Arizona Republic reports:

Kennedy will hit the Arizona campaign trail with former Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii. The event comes weeks after Kennedy ended his own independent presidential campaign and endorsed Trump during an event in Arizona.

Kennedy and Gabbard will visit Arizona Christian University in Glendale at 6 p.m. on Saturday. They’ll sit for a conversation moderated by Jessica Reed Kraus, who writes about the campaign on Substack and her @HouseInHabit social media accounts.

The event is part of the “Team Trump Reclaim America Tour,” according to the Trump campaign.

Gabbard is backing Trump this election cycle, but previously ran for president in the 2020 Democratic primary. She faced President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris during that race.

After Kennedy suspended his presidential bid, Trump brought him on stage during a rally at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale last month. As Kennedy took the stage, organizers played loud rock music and lit up the stage with pyrotechnics.

RFK Jr. previously said he would rally for Trump in battleground states leading up to November’s election.

From The Hill:

Former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said he plans to do swing state rallies with former President Trump, continuing his presence on the campaign trail in an effort to ensure the GOP nominee gets back into the White House.

Kennedy, who suspended his independent White House run late last month, said he would be campaigning in battleground states, particularly those where he might end up staying on the ballot.

“We’re planning a Make America Healthy Again tour where we’re going to visit almost all of those states,” Kennedy said during his Wednesday appearance on NewsNation’s “The Hill.”

“So I will be doing rallies in each of those states over the next 61 days,” he continued. “We want to, if we’re going to accomplish the mission that I set out to accomplish when I got into this campaign — end the censorship, end surveillance, get out of Ukraine war and unravel the war machine and the chronic disease epidemic.”
