A top official from the Department of Justice just hinted at criminal charges against Jill Biden for elder abuse.

In light of Joe Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis, DOJ lawyer Leo Terrell replied to a post on X implying that Jill knew her husband was sick and forced him to run for president anyways.

Terrell suggested that Jill’s cover-up of Joe’s deteriorating health could warrant criminal charges.

Per The New York Post:

A senior Department of Justice official has suggested former first lady Jill Biden should face criminal charges for “elder abuse” for not revealing what she knew about her husband’s health problems.

Leo Terrell, a senior counselor to the assistant attorney general for civil rights, made the call soon after news broke that former President Joe Biden had been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer, which many suggested may have been hidden, like his cognitive decline.

Terrell also re-shared several posts calling what Jill did to Joe Biden a form of abuse:

Elder abuse is a form of domestic violence and @DrBiden has a lot of explaining to do about her part in defrauding the American people and taxpayers.
I would never wish @JoeBiden physical harm despite my personal political views; too bad his own family compromised his wellbeing.
