A man who identifies as a ‘transgender woman’ has been arrested for allegedly threatening to kill Rep. Nancy Mace.
19-year-old Samuel Theodore Cain, a mentally-ill man who pretends to be a female named “Roxie Wolf,” is being accused of publishing some sick, twisted social media posts online detailing disturbing ways he would kill Nancy Mace and her kids.
Now, Cain is behind bars.

Here’s a screenshot of one the posts made by Cain:
Rep. Mace posted:
Mugshot of the man, who pretends to be a woman, who threatened to murder me.
The trans movement promotes violence. It’s about time we hold mentally ill men accountable when they come for women.
Thank you Capitol Police and SLED for swiftly taking this matter seriously and… pic.twitter.com/j62Tf6NZ7R

This is not Roxie Wolf, this is not a woman, and threatening my life is not a joke.

Samuel Cain is the first so-called “trans activist” to be arrested for threatening a Congress member.
This is a great first step towards justice.
More from Fox News:
Cain, 19, was taken into custody by the South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) after months of alleged threats, making him the first known trans activist in the country to be arrested for threatening a sitting member of Congress.
A Greenville County, South Carolina judge on Friday denied bond for Cain, saying Cain is a “credible threat” to the congresswoman.
In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Mace didn’t hold back.
“I’ve waited for this for a long time,” she said. “Trans activists have been threatening to kill me every day for over six months, ever since I started filing bills to protect women’s spaces.”
Mace said her top priority has always been protecting her family, her staff and herself from the kind of politically motivated violence she believes is getting worse and is also ignored by the left.
ADVERTISEMENT“We live in fear every day, looking over our shoulders because these trans activists fuel violence,” she said. “And yet not one Democrat has spoken up to say it’s wrong.”
Mace delivered a victim impact statement at the bond hearing Friday morning, alleging, “Men who crossdress as women are mentally ill.”
“They are violent toward women,” Mace continued. “And in a state that doesn’t do nearly enough to protect women, now is the time to show women the state of South Carolina will follow its laws and will protect you.”
As elected officials, we accept public scrutiny. We do not accept terror. The normalization of threats against public servants corrodes democracy from within. It is not just an attack on one individual—it is an attack on the principle of free and fair representation.
Cain allegedly posted violent messages online threatening to kill Mace and her children, describing graphic ways he would harm her. According to Mace, these threats were shared with law enforcement and the public for months.
