[WATCH] Hillary Clinton Says Donald Trump Is A “Danger To Our Country And World” One Day Following Assassination Attempt

During an appearance on MSNBC, failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton continued to push vitriolic rhetoric against President Trump.

“I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for the press to have a consistent narrative about how dangerous Trump is,” Clinton said.

She called Trump a “danger to our country and world.”

One day following an assassination attempt against Trump, hate-filled language is pumped to Americans nationwide.

It’s sickening.

X users reacted to Clinton’s comments:

Former FBI assistant director Chris Swecker told Newsweek the vile, reprehensible rhetoric is resonating with “fringe elements who are mentally unstable.”

Per Newsweek:

Swecker, who retired from the FBI in 2006 and is now an attorney based in Charlotte, North Carolina, said that it may be time to tone down some of the rhetoric on the former president.

“There is little doubt that the demonization of Trump is resonating with the fringe elements who are mentally unstable and highly impressionable, so it may be time to tone it down a bit,” he said.

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), Trump’s running mate, said Democrats need to “cut this crap” and tone down the rhetoric.

“Big difference between conservatives & liberals: No one has tried to kill Kamala Harris in last couple of months. And two people have tried to kill Donald Trump last couple months. That’s pretty strong evidence left needs to tone down the rhetoric & cut this crap out,” Vance said.

From POLITICO:

Vance, speaking at the Faith and Freedom Coalition in Atlanta, finished his remarks acknowledging that this was his first public appearance since authorities arrested a suspect who was found at Trump International Golf Course in Florida with an AK-47 style rifle, two backpacks and a GoPro. Federal authorities are investigating the incident as a possible assassination attempt on the former president. The suspect was not registered with either party but had made small donations to Democrats in the past. Vance took the opportunity “to call for a reduction in the ridiculous and inflammatory political rhetoric.”
