News is breaking this afternoon that would-be Trump Assassin Ryan Routh is finally being charged for his (alleged?) crimes, but that’s not really the REAL story.
The real story is all the questions I now have after seeing this.
I’ll get into those in just a moment, but first here is Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier making the announcement that he’s finally bringing charges:
BREAKING: Florida Attorney General announces he is charging Ryan Routh for attempting to assassinate President Trump.

Uthmeier told Fox News the Biden Regime was stonewalling his investigation for over 200 days, which partially explains the delay:
Florida (AG) says Biden admin was stonewalling the investigation into Ryan Routh for (200) days
People need to go to prison for it, this is Treason
We need to know who in Bidens camp is responsible

But other questions also come to mind like why is Florida bringing these charges?
Isn’t it Federal to try and assassinate a former and future President?
Where is Pam Bondi?
And even with Biden’s obstruction, why did this take well over 6 months?
How did it take Florida officials under @GovRonDeSantis over 6 months to charge Ryan Routh, the pro-Ukraine Joe Biden and Kamala Harris supporter who tried to shoot and kill President Trump outside of his West Palm Beach Golf Club?
Over 6 months!

And….why did we never hear anything else ever again about the first would-be assassin, that creepy kid from Butler, PA?
NBC News reports Routh will face attempted first-degree murder and terrorism charges:
A man already jailed on federal charges of attempting to assassinate then-presidential candidate Donald Trump as he golfed last fall will face additional state terrorism and attempted murder charges, Florida’s attorney general said Thursday.
Ryan Routh tried to undermine the country’s political system and will face state attempted first-degree murder and terrorism charges, Attorney General James Uthmeier said.
“Attempting to take the life of a former president and a leading presidential candidate isn’t just an attack on one man, this was a political attack against our republican form of government and our shared American values,” Uthmeier said.
Routh’s lead attorney, Kristy Militello, didn’t immediately respond to an email seeking comment.
According to prosecutors, Routh plotted to kill Trump as Trump golfed at his West Palm Beach golf course in September. Secret Service officers spotted Routh before Trump came into view. Routh aimed his rifle at an agent, who opened fire, which led Routh to drop his weapon and flee without firing, they said.
Reports have also recently surfaced that Routh tried to buy rocket-propelled grenades from UkraineHere

Here’s more on that strange report, from Fox News:
Federal prosecutors revealed that Ryan Routh, the accused would-be assassin of President Donald Trump, sought to obtain military-grade weapons – including a rocket launcher – from a Ukrainian contact as part of his alleged assassination plot.
Routh told his associate to “send me a rpg [rocket-propelled grenade] or stinger, and I will see what we can do… [Trump] is not good for Ukraine,” according to court documents obtained by Fox News.
The pair discussed Routh’s purchase options, with Routh inquiring if his associate could “ship it to me???” before explaining his intent for the military-grade weapons: “I need equipment so that Trump cannot get elected.”
Routh went on to say the weapons of war get lost “all the time on the battlefield” and “one missing would not be noticed,” according to the court records.
Prosecutors say that Routh also floated the idea of obtaining a rocket or missile launcher, with the suspect sending his associate an image of President Trump’s plane and writing, “Trump’s plane, he gets on and off daily.”
Routh’s defense also submitted court filings on Monday, including a 13-page motion alleging that law enforcement used “impermissibly suggestive” tactics when interviewing an eyewitness identified as T.C.M. They claim the witness felt pressured to identify Routh because of the intense atmosphere created by the presence of multiple law enforcement agencies.
“All of these circumstances created a heightened pressure to make the identification,” the filing said. “It would not be difficult for any well-meaning individual to identify the one, and only, person law enforcement presented to them in this manner.”
Fox News Digital has reached out to Routh’s legal team and the FBI for comment.
