A 'genius' move: Trump to hold Saturday rally at Jack Posobiec's alma mater Temple University in North Philly

On Thursday's episode of Human Events Daily, host Jack Posobiec announced that President Donald Trump would be holding a rally in North Philadelphia, news that he had been discussing with guest Cliff Maloney, the founder of The Pennsylvania Chase. The host said he would undoubtedly be in attendance and Maloney said that this was a "genius" move.

The rally will take place at 1776 North Broad Street in the athletic center at Temple University, of which Posobiec is an alumnus. "And for folks who don't know, 20 years ago, I was the Temple University College Republican chairman," the host said. "It's basically where I cut my teeth in all of this. So you better believe, you better believe I'm going back there to show those Temple administrators [and] walk back in like, 'Guess who's back, back again.' It's gonna be incredible. They can't get rid of me."

"And this time I'm bringing an army with me," Posobiec stated.

Maloney reported that the "move by Trump to come into the belly of the beast, come into Philadelphia, is just genius, because the momentum is there." He continued: "I think Biden still thinks, you know, that Pennsylvania is kind of his little secret weapon, and it's his secure state that he can hold on to. The White House runs for Pennsylvania. You and I know this. Both of us are from PA. It is where the White House will be decided."

Maloney said he was very encouraged by recent polling showing Trump up 2 percent. He also reported that he had family and friends who aren't necessarily political become envigorated to support Trump after his conviction. "They might not be huge Trumpsters, but when you have those apolitical, moderate, swing type voters organically reaching out to me, saying, hey, what Biden is doing and what the DOJ is doing, what this corrupt political system is doing to Donald Trump is wrong. I think the Democrats are in a lot of trouble, and it's great to see it for our side," he said.
