With the revelation Sunday that President Joe Biden has Stage 4 prostate cancer and that it has metastasized and is into his bones, the dark chapter in American history that was the Joe Biden presidency took an even darker turn. 

This diagnosis was almost assuredly known for years, with doctors pointing out that it did not just pop up, and that physicians and Biden must have known as early as 2021. How much did the entire Washington establishment conceal from the American people about Biden's health and every other important issue?

Stage 4 prostate cancer is fatal, and once it has spread to the bones, it cannot be cured. While this may be sad for Joe Biden, the man, American doctors are now openly questioning everything around this diagnosis. How could a former president receiving the most elite medical care in the world suddenly be diagnosed with late-stage prostate cancer, a cancer easily found and screened every year for men over 50 with a simple blood test?

As the Telegraph reports in an article titled, Top doctors stunned Biden's cancer diagnosis wasn't caught sooner. Dr. Steven Quay said prostate cancer is "the easiest cancer to diagnose when it first starts and to watch it progress to bone metastases," adding that: "It is highly likely he was carrying a diagnosis of prostate cancer throughout his White House tenure and the American people were uninformed."

"It is inconceivable that this was not being followed before he left the Presidency," wrote Dr. Howie Forman, a radiology and biomedical imaging professor, public health management, and economics at Yale.

Even MSNBC is raising questions, which itself raises questions. Dr. Vin Gupta pointed out on Morning Joe Monday that Presidents Trump, Obama, and Bush all had annual prostate screenings and those results were made available and commented on, but that Biden's medical files showed there was not a PSA test, or at least a published one.

Then Dr. Zeke Emanuel, an oncologist in Obama's administration, dropped this bombshell on the same MSNBC show: "He did not develop it in the last 100, 200 days. He had it while he was President. He probably had it at the start of his presidency in 2021. Yes, I don't think there's any disagreement about that."

Donald Trump Jr. jumped directly to the burning question the medical community suggests without saying anything. "What I want to know is how Dr. Jill Biden missed stage [four] metastatic cancer, or is this yet another coverup???" he wrote on X.

Given the degree of cover-up of Biden's mental health decline throughout his entire presidency, and baseless accusations against anyone who pointed it out, by Democrats, their media, and those around him, it is impossible not to view this as yet another massive cover-up. Which raises the most burning question on this darkening chapter:

What else was being covered up? What else was the entirety of the Washington establishment lying to the American people about?

The health of the President and his ability to execute his duties were compromised entirely, and he was essentially being run by a cabal of shady characters from the Obama orbit and the Democratic Party. Just as clearly, the media aided and abetted his mental health cover-up. But what else? 

Did his family's well-established money-laundering operation from the Chinese Communists of at least $8 million result in virtually every decision out of the Biden White House regarding China benefiting the CCP at the expense of Americans? Was this covered up?

Did his family's well-established financial gains of at least $6 million from Ukraine result in the $182 billion of economic and military aid to Ukraine? Was this covered up?

These latest revelations demonstrate that Americans are right to give Democrats and the media historically low ratings of trust. And neither group is doing anything to regain that trust as the lies and coverups continue. And roughly 2 in 10 Americans trust the federal government in Washington, D.C., an avatar for the entire swamp.
