37-year-old Natalie Shotter was also an NHS worker.
37-year-old Natalie Shotter, who was also an NHS worker, had been with friends in London for a night out before passing out on a bench in Southall Park by herself. The 35-year-old predator passed her several times before he approached her and orally raped her by forcing his genitals in her mouth several times while the 95-pound woman laid unconscious, a report from the Metropolitan Police revealed.
The Daily Mail reports that Iidow "overstimulated the nerves at the back of her throat in the horrific attack ... and caused her to have a cardiac arrest."
Iidow left her after he was finished and drove home. Shotter's body was found by a passerby on the Southall Park bench on Friday, July 16, 2021.
Detective Chief Inspector Wayne Jolley, from Specialist Crime South who led the investigation, said: “Iidow’s predatory attack on Natalie was disturbing and shocking. This man drove to the park that night and took advantage of a vulnerable woman who should have been safe."
Jolley revealed that Iidow tried repeatedly to claim the oral rape was consensual and was uncooperative with police after his arrest on August 4, 2021.
“This case has deeply affected those involved, due to its rarity and tragic details," he continued. "We needed to prove Natalie’s death was caused by being raped and that involved diligent work using experts in this field to charge and now convict Iidow. ... [He] is now facing a long term of imprisonment.” The convict will be sentenced on Friday, December 13.
