Amazon confirmed Thursday that it's planning to host an election night special with Brian Williams, former NBC News anchor, live on its prime video service.

The coverage will began at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 5 and the content will be a “non-partisan." An Amazon prime subscription will be required to view the livestream.

Williams is expected to interview political analysts from both sides of the aisle. 

“After 41 years in the business – from local news to network shows to cable news – this feels like the next big thing,” Williams said in a news release. “And the global marketplace of Amazon is a natural home for this first-of-its-kind venture.”
