Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley on Wednesday confirmed that she would vote for former President Donald Trump during a speech at the Hudson Institute.
“Biden has been a catastrophe... So, I will be voting for Trump," she said, according to the Washington Examiner.
Haley ran against Trump in the Republican primary, but dropped out in March without endorsing Trump.
I wish him well. I wish anyone well who would be America's president. Our country is too precious to let our differences define us," she said at the time.
Haley has long attracted scrutiny as a potential running mate for Trump, though he confirmed in May that "Nikki Haley is not under consideration for the V.P. slot, but I wish her well!"
