Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday has gained on former President Donald Trump in several swing states, in the latest poll, but still trails him in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
The poll, conducted by Bloomberg News and Morning Consult, found that across all swing states, 48% of respondents claim they are backing Harris and 47% say they support Trump. But in a look at individual states, Harris leads in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin.
Harris currently has the biggest lead in Michigan, where she leads Trump by 11 percentage points. She also leads him by two points in Arizona, Nevada, and Wisconsin. Trump leads by four points in Pennsylvania, and two points in North Carolina, according to the poll.
They are currently tied in Georgia, with 47% each.
Trump led President Joe Biden in the same poll earlier this month in five of the seven states, and led him by two percent in the general question about all swing states, according to The Hill.
Tuesday's poll surveyed 4,973 registered voters from July 24-28, and has a one percent margin of error.
