Vice President Kamala Harris will make her first remarks since President Biden left the 2024 presidential race and endorsed her for the Democratic nomination.

Harris is scheduled to deliver a speech on the White House South Lawn on Monday during a ceremony honoring the NCAA championship teams from the 2023-2024 season. 

Harris announced her presidential campaign shortly after Biden posted a letter on social media saying he was withdrawing from the race on Sunday.  

Harris’ campaign has already raised nearly $50 million.
