Dozens of new handwritten notebook pages from Covenant School shooting killer Audrey Hale, obtained by the Tennessee Star from "a source familiar with the Covenant investigation," revealed the shooter's stance towards anti-transgender and nonbinary policies just one month before the fatal shooting.

“So now in America, it makes one a criminal to have a gun or, be transgender, or non-binary,” Hale wrote, according to the Tennessee Star. “God I hate those s***head politicians.”

Hale killed three nine-year-old students at a Christian school in Nashville, Tennessee, in March of 2023, and three teachers. But one page appeared to indicate that Hale could have gone and killed students earlier, on February 17, but the school was allegedly closed.

“Covenant was closed yesterday.” Hale wrote in an entry. “I guess it was [because] of the weather.”
