CNN Admits Biden Calling Trump Supporters “Garbage” Has Done “Significant Harm” to Kamala’s Campaign
A CNN host admitted that Joe Biden calling Trump supporters “garbage” has done “significant harm” to Kamala Harris’ campaign.
Biden stumbled into one of if not the worst gaffes of the entire campaign when he reacted to comedian Tony Hinchcliffe’s joke about Puerto Rico, which Democrats tried to blame on Trump.

“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters,” said Biden.
CNN’s Abby Phillip responded by reporting that Biden was supposed to be in “do no harm mode,” in that the Harris campaign is trying to keep him as distant as possible.
“Well, even from the White House, he may have done some pretty significant harm in the final week of the campaign,” said Phillip.

“That was a moment and not a moment that the Harris campaign wanted,” she added.
Biden’s attempt to apologize for his remarks only appeared to make the matter worse.
The White House ludicrously claimed that Biden was referring to Hinchcliffe alone with the “garbage” comment.
“When the White House released a transcript of Biden’s comments, they included an apostrophe in the word “supporter’s” – which would signify the president was talking about a specific person rather than a full group,” reported the BBC.
When you watch the clip in its full context, it’s clear that Biden was talking about all Trump supporters.
Trump himself responded to the controversy by calling Biden’s comments “terrible”.

“Remember Hillary, she said deplorable and then she said irredeemable right…garbage I think is worse, right?” he added.
Trump then led a prayer, calling on his supporters to “forgive” Joe Biden because he does not know what he is doing.
