If you’re going to do an announcement, shouldn’t the actual President be the one doing it?

In reality, Israeli forces took out a terrorist leader.
But, more pertinently, Kamala Harris actively discouraged Israel from conducting an offensive in Rafah, claiming she had “studied” some maps and concluded it would be a “huge mistake.”
