Do this lot look like innocent Dads from Maryland?

Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin demanded during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday that the Trump administration organise the immediate return to the US of illegal alien “gangbangers” deported to an El Salvador mega prison.

“I call on my colleagues right now to call off their campaign to impeach federal judges for doing their job,” Raskin said, referring to Republicans criticising Federal District Court Judge James Boasberg for ordering illegal alien deportation flights to be turned back when already in the air.

“I call on them to demand that the Trump administration comply with all judicial orders while appealing whichever ones they want to appeal,” Raskin added.

“And to demand the return of people unlawfully taken to El Salvador on that so-called plane full of gangbangers,” he further proclaimed.

While those on the flights were known to be violent criminals by ICE, a leftist talking point is being pushed that an alleged innocent father from Maryland, wrongly associated with one of the gangs, was aboard one of the flights.

Vice President Vance pointed out that an immigration judge previously outlined evidence that the illegal alien was associated with the violent MS-13 gang.

Kyle Cheney, a "legal affairs reporter" is apparently unable or unwilling to look at the facts here.

My comment is that according to the court document you apparently didn’t read he was a convicted MS-13 gang member with no legal right to be here.

Vance further blasted the media and Democrats for taking the side of criminal illegal alien gang members over American citizens.

“Joe Biden sanctioned an invasion of the United States. We have approximately 20 million illegal aliens in this country,” Vance urged, adding “Their victims are measured in longer wait times for hospitals, overwhelmed schools, and murder victims the media largely ignored.”

“The media has determined the real victims are the gang members we’re trying to get out of the country,” he emphasised.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt Also let the media have it over the fake story, noting “First of all, the error you are referred to is a clerical error, it was an administrative error.”

“The administration maintains the position that this person who will not return to our country was a member of the brutal and vicious MS-13 gang,” she added.

Leavitt further explained that intelligence gathered on the individual shows he was involved in human trafficking, and wasn’t just a member of MS-13, but rather a leader of the terrorist group.

“Foreign terrorists do not have legal protections in the United States of America anymore,” said Leavitt, adding “and it is within the President’s executive authority and power to deport these heinous individuals from American communities.”

Whether the guy was a member or a leader of the gang, or just hanging out with them, the fact still remains that he was in the country illegally.

Who gives a 💩 if he was a member of that gang?
If he was here illegally and happened to get caught up when a bad-guy was targeted, he was still here "ILLEGALLY" and needs to go!

He should have hung out with a better crowd!
