The Telegraph and others are reporting that X owner Elon Musk is mulling heavily investing in Reform UK, the political party headed by Nigel Farage in order to help him compete with the two establishment parties in Britain.

“Elon Musk is reportedly considering giving Reform up to $100 million, or around £79 million, after cementing a friendship with Farage at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida,” the outlet notes.

Reform revived a sizeable chunk of votes, over four million, in the UK general election in July but only secured five parliamentary seats owing to the first past the post system.
One in seven people voted Reform, yet the party ended up with 67 fewer seats than the Liberal Democrats, who received around two percent fewer votes.
Millions of people in the UK are already sick of the leftist Labour government after a few months and have called for another election.
The Telegraph report continues,“’Reform will probably get 100 seats at the next election even without extra money’, says one election strategist. ‘And if they get a substantial amount of money, they will be able to run a much more targeted campaign based on the sort of data they don’t currently have’.”
“Farage wants to be the next prime minister, and believes that in today’s highly volatile political climate that is genuinely achievable in 2029,” the report states.
It adds ‘This is definitely unsettling the Tories’, says one Reform source, while playing down the chances of Musk giving the party any funding.”
During an appearance with president Trump in Paris, Musk was asked if he was going to give Nigel Farage £80 million, and he replied in the negative.

– Foreign nationals can't donate but Elon has UK businesses that could

Musk has repeatedly criticised British Prime Minister Kier Starmer for going “full Stalin” and arresting and even jailing people for posting memes.
🎥 Nigel Farage receives applause after stating that Elon Musk trolls Starmer because Musk supports free speech, while Starmer “locks people up for saying nasty things on Facebook.”
