Elon Musk Stings Newsom With A Zinger After He Accuses X Owner Of ‘Bending The Knee’ To Trump
X owner Elon Musk slapped back at Gavin Newsom Wednesday after the California Governor accused Musk of ‘bending the knee’ to Donald Trump.
As we highlighted earlier this week, Musk has fully endorsed Trump following the assassination attempt.
Musk has also vowed to pledge up to $45 million per month to a pro Trump super PAC until the election in November.
Newsom reposted a three-year-old Truth Social Post of Trump claiming that Musk previously asked him for help on projects and that he could have demanded Musk “drop to your knees and beg, and he would have done it.”
Trump made the post after Musk said the former President may be too old to serve again.
It appears Newsom has a bit too much time on his hands, digging that out.
Regardless, Musk shot back with this absolute zinger:
Oof. Sit down bitch.
Newsom is likely butthurt about the fact that Musk announced he is to move both SpaceX and X headquarters out of California and to Texas owing in part to the States’s trans student privacy laws.
