Harris Savaged For Claiming Trump Is ‘Backpedaling’ On Debates
Kamala Harris has not been democratically selected as the nominee and as such President Trump has suggested that the debate terms he agreed for September with Joe Biden should be reevaluated.
Basically Trump wants a debate on Fox as well as the one he agreed to for September with Biden on ABC.
In a statement released on Thursday, Steven Cheung, Trump Campaign Communications Director, said Democrats need to settle on a nominee before any debate can be agreed upon.
“Given the continued political chaos surrounding Crooked Joe Biden and the Democrat Party, general election debate details cannot be finalized until Democrats formally decide on their nominee,” said the statement.
“There is a strong sense by many in the Democrat Party — namely Barack Hussein Obama — that Kamala Harris is a Marxist fraud who cannot beat President Trump, and they are still holding out for someone ‘better.’ Therefore, it would be inappropriate to schedule things with Harris because Democrats very well could still change their minds,” the statement concluded.
This prompted Harris to claim that Trump is “backpedaling,” a comment which prompted a well deserved savaging.
The gall of talking about what voters deserve.
Trump will debate her but he didn’t agree to that.
And why is she so keen to debate him given what is likely to happen?
She doesn’t exactly have a stunning record in debates.
