Leftist Judge Blocks Trump From Deporting Illegal Venezuelan Gang Members
An Obama appointed leftist federal judge is attempting to block President Trump from invoking the Alien Enemies Act to deport thousands of illegal alien Venezuelan nationals, many of whom are criminal gang members.
An Obama appointed judge just ordered deportation flights carrying Venezuelan gang members back to Venezuela, to return to the U.S.

Chief Judge James E. Boasberg granted a temporary restraining order Saturday barring the administration from carrying out deportations under the measure historically used to remove hostile foreign nationals.
James Boasberg, the judge who is now lawlessly running interference for literal terrorists, was a member of the corrupt FISA court that rubber-stamped the illegal spy warrants against Trump during the Russiagate hoax.

The rest of the post reads…
But that doesn’t begin to show how dirty and corrupt Boasberg is.
Remember Kevin Clinesmith, the FBI attorney who fabricated evidence in those very FISA warrants Boasberg’s court rubber-stamped? Clinesmith was convicted for that crime, but he never served a day in prison.
Do you know why? Because Boasberg personally sentenced Clinesmith and made sure he never saw the inside of a jail cell, despite Clinesmith’s attempts to overthrow the elected U.S. government via fake evidence and fabricated warrants that Boasberg’s FISA court okayed.
So this conspiracy to provide aid and comfort to criminals and enemies of the United States isn’t Boasberg’s first rodeo. He has a long, sordid history of violating his oath and ignoring the law in his service to America’s enemies. And it’s long past time for him to answer for what he’s done to this country.
Boasberg’s move means that Trump will, temporarily at least, not be able to remove members of the violent Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang, now designated as terrorists, from the country.
Correct.

A lawsuit was brought against Trump by several far left groups including the ACLU and Democracy Forward asserting that the measure, which is within the Executive’s constitutional authority, would be unlawful and unprecedented.
The judge’s ruling will halt deportations for those named in the lawsuit for a fortnight, with the aim clearly being a further legal tussle in an effort to prevent Trump from pressing ahead with mass deportations of illegal immigrants.
Trump wants to fast-track deportations of Venezuelan nationals with suspected ties to criminal organizations. Using the Alien Enemies Act, an emergency authority, would have expedited the removal of illegals without the need for court hearings or asylum reviews.

In other words, the judge has blocked yet another Trump order. https://t.co/Z8elpi59HE
The development comes as it was revealed that some 40 illegals who were being held at the Guantánamo Bay have been sent back to the United States and are now being held in Louisiana.
Two U.S. defense officials told Fox News that the “high threat illegal aliens” were transported to Louisiana via Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) aircraft and there are currently no migrants being held at the base and no flights scheduled to arrive with any more migrants.
Why were they moved? More Liberal Court interference?

No explanation has been given by the Department of Homeland Security or ICE as to why this has happened.
I believe this is a response to all the lawsuits related to administration actions. With these individuals now located in Louisiana, any lawsuit related to their detention is within the jurisdiction of a federal court favorable to the Trump administration.
