Pollster: Puerto Rico Joke Has Not Caused Any Change Of Opinion Among Hispanics
The media hype and Democrat fluster around the joke told by Tony Hinchcliffe at the Trump Rally last weekend about Puerto Rico has not caused any erosion of Hispanic support for Trump in Pennsylvania, a pollster has found.
Hinchcliffe’s ‘garbage’ quip was seized on by leftists in an attempt to derail Trump’s campaign, but it hasn’t worked.
Cygnal pollster Brent Buchanan told The Washington Examiner that the outfit’s polling of Pennsylvania since the Sunday event showed no change in the Hispanic vote.
“Puerto Ricans are one of the least Republican groups, so these comments are less likely to flip votes from Trump than they are to potentially activate votes against him,” he said in a morning memo.
“Our Pennsylvania data shows zero change among Hispanics in the presidential race in the state the past few days,” Buchanan clarified.
In addition, CNN went to look for Puerto Ricans who will no longer vote for Trump, but didn’t find any.

"When you hear comments like that, does that change your perspective about who might vote for?"
"No." pic.twitter.com/p9VDdMMpbs
As we highlighted earlier, the joke might even work the other way because now Joe Biden has cited it in calling all Trump supporters “Garbage”.
Biden also seemingly threatened to kill Hinchcliffe in typical aggressive ‘angry uncle Joe’ remarks.
