Teacher Outlines Deranged Way She’s Protesting Trump’s Presidency…
A teacher in South Carolina posted a now viral video on social media declaring that she will refuse to have children as a form of protest against President Trump.
The woman, Kate Medlin, states in the footage that Trump’s win has affected her and her fiancé so deeply that they are now postponing their plans to have kids.
“Last night, the conversation that my fiancé and I had before we went to bed was, if this happens, we won’t be having kids. At least not in the next four years.”
She continued, “We definitely can’t have them in the state we live in now. I’m already a high risk, and if we wait four years, I’ll be pushing 36, which makes me high risk and a geriatric pregnancy, which means it’s probably never going to happen for me.”
“Not here in the U.S., definitely not here in Charleston, South Carolina. We could move back to our home state of Maine, they are protected state, or to Vermont, somewhere in New England, but even then, who’s to say what’s going to happen?” Medlin further blathers.
Elsewhere in the video she complains about LGBTQ+ rights and gun training in schools, stating “Waking up to texts between myself and my female friends and my LGBTQ+ friends and not knowing what the world’s going to look like for them either.”
“And then coming to school this morning and realising someone might want to put a gun in my hand to protect [students]… I teach two- and three-year-olds and that is the world they’re growing up into.”
“So I hope you voted and I hope you know what you did when you voted,” she concludes.
