During an interview with Laura Ingraham, Donald Trump remarked on the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics, that many have charged was deliberately mocking of Christianity and morality.
The ceremony was completely bizarre, featuring drag queens and almost completely naked oddballs painted blue. It also contained a scene that made a mockery of The Last Supper with Jesus portrayed by an obese woman flashing satanic hand signs.
Trump called the display a “disgrace.”
“I thought the opening ceremony was a disgrace, actually,” he said. “I thought it was a disgrace.”
“The mocking of The Last Supper,” host Laura Ingraham interjected, adding “Catholics and Christians across the globe are outraged.”
“I thought it was terrible,” Trump responded.
Ingraham noted that the next Olympics in four years will be in Los Angeles, to which Trump replied, “We won’t be having a Last Supper as portrayed the way they portrayed it the other night.”
He added, “I mean, they can do certain things. I thought it was terrible … Look, I’m for everybody. I’m very open-minded. but I think what they did was a disgrace.”
Elsewhere during the interview, Trump remarked that his wife Melania is still traumatised after the attempt on his life.
