President Trump has threatened Iran with “bombing the likes of which they have never seen before,” if the rogue state does not come to an agreement with the White House over its nuclear program.
Trump made the remarks in an NBC interview, noting “If they don’t make a deal, there will be bombing,” adding “There’s a chance that if they don’t make a deal, that I will do secondary tariffs on them like I did four years ago.”
Last week, Trump declared that if Iran refuses to negotiate a new nuclear agreement, “bad, bad things are going to happen” to the country.

The comments follow a refusal by Tehran to enter into direct negotiations with the Trump administration.
On Sunday, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said, “Direct negotiations [with the US] have been rejected, but Iran has always been involved in indirect negotiations, and now too, the Supreme Leader [Ayatollah Ali Khamenei] has emphasized that indirect negotiations can still continue.”
In response to Trump’s bombing threat, Khamenei warned Monday of a forceful retaliation if the United States or its allies bomb the Islamic republic.
“They threaten to do mischief,” Khamenei said, adding “If it is carried out, they will definitely receive a strong counterattack.”
Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei also stated “an open threat of bombing by a head of state against Iran is a shocking affront to the very essence of international peace and security.”

It violates the United Nations Charter and betrays the Safeguards under the IAEA.
Violence breeds violence, peace begets peace. The US…
Baqaei then warned of unspecified “consequences” should the US attack, noting “Violence breeds violence.”
Iran routinely pledges to destroy Israel and the US, and has twice in the past year fired barrages of missiles and drones at the Jewish state. It also continues to fund and arm the terror proxies, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis in Yemen.
