Trump To Invoke Alien Enemies Act of 1798 Against Illegals

Trump To Invoke Alien Enemies Act of 1798 Against Illegals

“We’re going to throw them out so far, you wouldn’t believe it”

During speeches in Coachella, California and  Prescott Valley, Arizona Saturday, president Trump promised to invoke a 226 year old law in an effort to “target and dismantle every migrant criminal network operating on American soil.”

Trump said he will use The Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which provides the President unilateral authority to deport illegal aliens who are declared enemies of the United States.

Trump referred to the ongoing situation in Aurora, Colorado, where Venezuelan Tren De Aragua gang members are occupying entire apartment complexes, terrorising the residents, and demanding they pay “rent” to them.

He added that he will call the policy Operation Aurora, “In honor of the people that have suffered in Aurora at the hands of this horrible gang.”

Trump further urged that “we’re going to throw them out so far, you wouldn’t believe it. But if they come back into our country, it’s an automatic 10 years in jail with no possibility of parole, 10 years. And if that doesn’t work, it’ll be 20 years, and if that doesn’t work, I guess it’s going to be the death penalty, right?”

Trump also called for the death penalty against “any migrant that kills an American citizen or Law Enforcement Officer.”

Trump directly blamed Kamala Harris for importing illegal alien criminal gangs.

During the Arizona rally, the National Border Patrol Council announced that they were throwing their support behind Trump, with Union president Paul Perez blasting Harris for a complete failure to stem the flow of illegal immigrants into the country.

Trump also vowed to hire 10,000 new Border Patrol agents and to ask Congress to immediately approve a 10 percent pay raise for all agents, and a $10,000 dollar retention and signing bonus.

Trump warned that “If Kamala gets four more years, the entire country will be turned into a migrant camp.”

Meanwhile, Biden/Harris Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas claimed over the weekend that it is “disinformation” and “preposterous” to suggest that the Biden-Harris administration has intentionally brought illegal aliens into the U.S.

He also dismissed the threat of criminal alien gangs.
