White House: Media Cares More About Cartel Members’ Feelings Than Americans
White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller asserted Monday that the dinosaur media is more concerned with how members of Mexican cartels are feeling about America under President Trump than it is with the drug trafficking that is killing Americans.
Speaking during an appearance on The Ingraham Angle, Miller referred to a CNN interview from last week with a member of the Sinaloa Cartel.
The network tried and, hilariously, failed to get the gangster to bash Trump, eliciting massive backlash in the process.
Fox host Laura Ingraham asked Miller what the White House reaction is to CNN providing the cartel member “a platform in the American media.”
Miller did not hold back.
“Yes, the American press is trying to see how it hurts cartel members’ feelings when Donald Trump has accurately portrayed them as foreign terrorist enemies of the United States,” he responded.
“Hundreds of thousands of Americans, hundreds of thousands, have been killed by the fentanyl that these monsters have trafficked into our country,” Miller continued.
“Lacing drugs with this lethal poison that many teenagers and many young people in this country don’t even realize that they’re ingesting, and they drop dead, and their parents don’t even know what happened,” Miller further urged.
He added, “These same cartels, by the way, they’ll wage assassination campaigns against their opponents. They use fear, violence, torture and intimidation to get their way that are responsible for all the illegal immigration into this country.”
“In other words, everyone who crosses that border is smuggled by a cartel or a cartel associate, and they’re responsible for the human trafficking and child trafficking that has plagued the Western Hemisphere,” he emphasised.
“But it’s President Trump, of course, who they are now attacking, the press is attacking, for shutting all of that down, for ending child trafficking, ending human trafficking, for cutting the number of drugs dramatically that are entering this country, and, of course, for achieving the most secure border in American history,” Miller declared.
Commenting on the activities of the cartels, Trump himself said Sunday that he finds it crazy that the Mexican president has refused an offer from the US to help eliminate the criminal terrorists.
“She’s so afraid of the cartels she can’t walk … And I think she’s a lovely woman. The president of Mexico is a lovely woman, but she is so afraid of the cartels that she can’t even think straight,” Trump said of Claudia Sheinbaum, who refused the offer on the ground that she would “never accept” a US military presence on Mexican soil.
“La presidenta de México es una mujer encantadora, pero tiene tanto miedo de los Cárteles de la Droga que no puede pensar bien”

Sheinbaum wrote “No, President Trump, our territory is inalienable, sovereignty is inalienable. We can collaborate. We can work together, but with you in your territory and us in ours. We can share information, but we will never accept the presence of the United States Army on our territory.”
Trump, who has vowed to wipe the cartels off the face of the Earth said Sunday, “They are bad news. If Mexico wanted help with the cartels, we would be honored to go in and do it. I told her that I would be honored to go in and do it. The cartels are trying to destroy our country. They’re evil.”
