IT WAS ALL POLITICAL: DOJ to fire Jack Smith, drop all legal cases against Trump before inauguration

In a shocking turn of events, Fox News is reporting that "Donald Trump's legal problems have essentially all gone away since he won last night."

Watch below as it is explained by Fox how the Department of Justice (DOJ) where Special Counsel Jack Smith works "cannot prosecute a sitting president," adding that Smith "will be gone from his post as special counsel, meaning the cases will be gone before Trump takes the oath of office on January 20."

All of a sudden, further admitted MSNBC, Smith and the DOJ are seeking to end their cases against Trump because they, too, recognize that there is a longstanding policy that a sitting president cannot be prosecuted:

(Related: Back in July, U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon tossed Trump's classified documents case, ruling that the appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith was unconstitutional.)

Justice is coming, says Steve Bannon

Another major Trump supporter who is fired up about the future is War Room's Steve Bannon, who delivered the following firebrand speech about how justice, and specifically "Roman justice," is coming for "the globalist enemies of America:"

It should be noted that since 2004, all Democrat presidents and presidential wannabes who ended up on the general election ticket only garnered around 60 million votes, Kamala Harris included. For some reason, though, Joe Biden received, allegedly, 81.3 million votes in 2020, which stands as the only anomaly – and that points to massive voter fraud:

Trump's base is fired up about all the possibilities that might happen once Trump is inaugurated. Will the businessman-turned-political-star be everything he is promising America he will be this time around?

"Add the mainstream media to that action," suggested a commenter at Revolver about another entity, the corporate press, that needs a thorough cleaning to root out all the corruption.

"They are the worst criminals in U.S. history. It's their job to ferret out truth, be the champions of truth. Instead, they have peddled lies, supported the bureaucrats, and done the work of our enemies. Shame on them from now unto eternity."

Someone else agreed, adding that Trump also needs to "enforce the rules in the press room" to minimize the badgering he routinely received during his first term from the White House press pool.

"Jack Smith was never eligible to be in the job in the first place," said another. "He is just a hit man for the Democrats. Good riddance to him and the rest of the lawfare people."

While it is still true that Judge Merchan is scheduled to sentence Trump in that case on November 26, that, too, could see a surprise since the DOJ refused to prosecute on that one "because it involves an alleged crime that could only have taken place in 2017, thus making it impossible to interfere with an election in 2016," another commenter wrote.
