Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a second wave of sexual assault lawsuits, including shocking accusations that he and celebrity accomplices drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl.
Texas attorney Tony Buzbee announced seven new cases on Sunday night, shortly after filing the initial six lawsuits last Monday on behalf of anonymous plaintiffs. Disturbingly, some of these allegations involve victims who were as young as nine years old at the time of the incidents.
According to Buzbee, over 100 more potential victims have come forward, signaling that this may just be the beginning.

‘We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings,’ he said.
Daily Mail report: Combs was arrested last month in Manhattan after a probe into alleged sex trafficking, and he is accused of drugging and raping victims as young as nine.
Two of the new alleged victims were teenagers at the time they claim the disgraced rapper and music mogul abused them, one 17 and a girl who was just 13.
Diddy is accused of aggravated sexual assault, sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation in the seven lawsuits by four male and three female plaintiffs.
Diddy is also accused of drugging the 13-year-old girl in 2000, raping a man in 2022, and the sexual assault of a woman in 2022.
The lawsuits are expected to be filed in the US District Court in Manhattan overnight, and their contents made public soon after.
‘Several other individuals are referenced in the case filings but are not at this time formerly named as defendants,’ Buzbee said, without naming them.
‘We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done.’
Buzbee said though some of the claimed abuse was more than two decades ago, as far back as 2000, ‘most of the events described occurred in 2022’.
‘The egregious conduct set out in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas,’ he said.
All the plaintiffs will be be anonymous, like the first six whose lawsuits were filed last week.
Buzbee warned Diddy could expect a deluge of lawsuits that would not stop any time soon – and others should also be worried.
Buzbee is lead counsel on the lawsuits through his Buzbee Law Firm outfit in Houston, with AVA Law Group in California and Curis Law in New York assisting.
The lawyer said last week that a hotline he set up for victims and witnesses of Diddy and his associates had 12,000 calls in 24 hours.
His team gathered enough evidence to file 120 victims’ lawsuits against the rapper, and announced them at a press conference three weeks ago.
Of the 120 alleged victims, 25 were underage at the time of the abuse, the youngest being 9, 14, 15.
‘This individual, who was nine years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records,’ he said at the press conference.
‘This individual was sexually abused allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio in the promise to both his parents and to him himself of getting a record deal.’
The claims are coming from victims who were seeking TV or music careers and the rapper promised to make them a star, as well as, those who were simply invited to Diddy’s afterparties, Buzbee said.
