Former FDA Commissioner Dr. Scott Gottlieb is in a panic over HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s soon-to-be-released report linking aluminum in vaccines to the skyrocketing rate of autism in children.

According to Gottlieb, who now sits on the board of Pfizer, the controversial and long-awaited report is likely to unleash a legal tsunami through the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), potentially bankrupting Big Pharma vaccine manufacturersf including Pfizer and Moderna.

Speaking on CNBC’s Squawk Box, Gottlieb warned: “If this report gains traction, the consequences could be felt for years. It could lead to an avalanche of lawsuits and cripple parts of the vaccine market.”

RFK Jr., a long-time vaccine safety advocate and founder of Children’s Health Defense, is reportedly set to publish new evidence connecting aluminum adjuvants in childhood vaccines to neurological disorders—most notably autism.

Critics of the pharmaceutical industry say this long-overdue exposure could finally bring accountability to vaccine makers who have long been shielded from liability by the VICP.

Dr. Gottlieb also criticized the newly appointed CDC vaccine advisory panel—some of whom were selected by Kennedy himself as part of his campaign to restore public trust and scientific independence.

“The consequences of these appointments will be felt for years,” the Pharma insider said grimly.

In the eyes of many medical freedom advocates, that’s exactly the point.

The mainstream press and regulatory insiders are clearly nervous. With over $4.9 billion already paid out by the VICP since its inception, a new wave of aluminum-related claims could overwhelm the system—and expose what critics call one of the biggest medical cover-ups of our time.
