Demi Moore Melts Down Over Election, Says Trump Voters Are ‘Puritans, Religious Nuts, and Criminals’

Hollywood celebrity Demi Moore melted down over the US election result, declaring that Trump voters are “Puritans, religious fanatics, and criminals.”

Speaking to an audience in Paris at the French premiere of her new horror movie The Substance, Moore hit out at conservative voters who backed President Trump in record-breaking numbers.

The Golden Globe nominee claimed that Trump draws his support from the criminal underworld and the religious right who, according to Moore, are terrified of the “body.” She then drew comparisons between her new film The Substance and what she sees as a growing puritanical streak in American culture.

“Sexuality is always taboo. And there’s a lot of fear in America around the body,” Demi claimed. “That’s something I’ve never understood or related to.

“I’ve certainly stirred the pot in a few of the films I’ve chosen, which is partly because [I’ve never understood that fear] of the body. It never made sense why we can celebrate the body in art, but fear it in cinema.”

Although she was in Paris on November 5, Moore revealed in an Instagram post that she voted early for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.

The combined celebrity endorsements of Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Cardi B, Jennifer Lopez, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Bruce Springsteen, Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro and many, many more failed to carry Kamala Harris over the finish line on Tuesday — a humiliating defeat for Hollywood and the entertainment industry, which had mobilized many of its biggest celebrities this election cycle in a desperate bid to serve the Democrats.

President-elect Donald Trump’s landslide victory — he won the electoral and popular votes — proves that the American people have firmly rejected Hollywood and its far-left cultural vandalism.

The industry pumped up the volume for Kamala Harris to ear-splitting levels in the closing weeks of the campaign, but in the end, American voters said “you’re fired.”
