A notorious pedophile who abducted and molested a 9-year-old girl from a supermarket has been killed in a head-on collision car crash while fleeing the NYPD.
Wayne Noel, 64, died at New York Presbyterian-Queens on Friday after blasting through a stop sign when police tried to pull him over about 12.30pm.

Noel was the subject of an 18-hour manhunt after the 9-year-old girl was snatched from a Key Foods store in Queens Village about 7.20pm on Thursday, police confirmed.
MailOnline report: The girl was there with her grandmother, who left her alone for a few minutes to go to the bathroom – which was all the time the child predator needed to pounce.
Noel walked up to her and demanded ‘get in front of me’, then grabbed her by the hair and dragged her out of the supermarket and pushed her into his car.
He drove the grey Honda about seven blocks where he sexually assaulted her until a passing Good Samaritan tried to stop him.

Before the girl could be rescued, Noel drove away back to the Key Foods, where he sexually assaulted her a second time, police said.
Noel then dumped her on the street and drove away.
NYPD tasked every detective in the area with finding the rapist and identified Noel from Key Foods CCTV footage of the abduction.
Deputy Commissioner of operations Kaz Daughtry called the abductor the ‘epitome of evil’ on Thursday night and vowed to hunt him down.
‘It is almost unfathomable that such evil could take hold in a city we call home. The NYPD will not rest until this fiend is locked up behind iron bars,’ he said.
Noel’s car was eventually tracked down on 90th Avenue in Queens and police tried to pull him over, but he refused and sped through a stop sign.

Dramatic footage showed him T-bone a red SUV heading north on 212th Street, injuring both himself and the other driver.
Noel was rushed to hospital but did not survive.
The child molester has a long criminal history with four past arrests, the most recent an eerily similar robbery of a woman in 2022.
Police said Noel approached her on Queens Boulevard and threatened her with a knife, then forced her into the same grey Honda.
Fortunately, she managed to escape from the car and was not assaulted.
Police said Noel may work for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, but this was not yet confirmed.
