New Study Finds Exercise Twice As Effective At Treating Depression than Anti-Depressant Drugs

2/16/24 – “’Experts analyzed 14,170 people with major depression disorder from 218 separate trials and ranked different forms of exercise by how effective they were at treating the condition compared with existing treatments,’ reports the Telegraph.

“Walking or jogging two to three times a week was the best way to improve mood, the researchers found, improving symptoms by 63 per cent, compared to taking SSRI drugs, which only produced a 26 per cent improvement (not to mention all the risks and side-effects).

“The depression-industrial complex isn’t going to be happy about this one.”

2/17/24 – “Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has notched a victory in his legal battle against alleged government censorship of statements he made on social media that were critical of the COVID-19 vaccines.

“A federal court has granted a preliminary injunction against the White House and other federal defendants in a lawsuit brought by Mr. Kennedy Jr. that accuses the Biden administration of orchestrating a campaign to pressure social media platforms to censor vaccine criticism.

“Judge Terry A. Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana issued the ruling on Feb. 14, stating that Mr. Kennedy Jr. has demonstrated a strong likelihood of success in proving government infringement on his free speech rights.”

Conspiracy Theory Debunker Finds Real Conspiracies

2/17/24 – “The 2023 book Misbelief by Dan Ariely [professor of psychology at Duke University] belongs to a genre I would label ‘debunking Covid conspiracy theories.’ The book is meant to explore the thought process of people who subscribe to conspiracy theories, especially about Covid and the Covid vaccines. 

“Thus I was surprised to encounter in the book two stories in which the author uncovered real conspiracies to hide information about Covid from the public. 

“The first genuine conspiracy he describes involved the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) manipulating data in the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS).

“The second involved a newspaper editor-in-chief refusing to report about vaccine side effects observed by a hospital.”

What Is the Brain?

2/17/24 – “The brain is a scalar wave computer. It is formed from a scalar wave template and when developed will host a toroidal standing wave complex which acts as the computational centre for holistic cognition. North Carolina County Bans Fluoride after Resident Points to Study that Shows Pregnant Women Who Drank High Levels of Fluoride Resulted in Lower IQ in Children

2/25/24 – “Leader of the Union County Chapter of Moms for Liberty, Abigal Prado… stated: ‘Millions of pregnant women are currently being exposed to levels of fluoride that have the potential to lower their children’s IQ by at least four to six points.’

“The Moms of Liberty chapter leader referenced a 2019 study published in JAMA Pediatrics that revealed:  ‘Fluoride exposure during pregnancy may be associated with adverse effects on child intellectual development, indicating the possible need to reduce fluoride intake during pregnancy.’”
