Zimbabwe has reverted to the gold standard: While most countries abandoned the gold standard in the last century, some African nations are reconsidering its necessity to stabilize their economies. This month, the Zimbabwean dollar became the new “gold” currency. The need to switch to the gold standard has been a long-discussed issue in the country, with the Zimbabwean dollar experiencing a more than 500% depreciation, and the currency rate plummeting by over threefold in just the last three months. The Zimbabwean dollar is a relatively new currency, established five years ago following the rise to power of the new president Mnangagwa. One of his first decisions was a complete overhaul of the national economy and financial system. This approach wasn't new for Zimbabwe: in the last decade, the country introduced and then removed from circulation ten independent currencies, each plummeting steeply and rapidly losing value. Introducing the gold Zimbabwean dollar aims to stabilize the exchange rate and help the country combat endless inflation. Unfortunately for Zimbabwe, the gold standard might only last for a short period. The country's gold reserve currently stands at just one ton of gold, barely enough to cover one month of imports at current volumes. President Mnangagwa is trying to address this issue by seeking additional international aid and opening the country to foreign investors. Success, however, remains elusive. Most international investors view Zimbabwe with caution, a country perpetually suffering from military coups and civil wars. Wed. 10 April Interpol Task Force Uncovers Human Auctioning Ring: Project Looking Glass: Clandestine Interpol Task Force Uncovers Human Auctioning Ring | Operation Disclosure Official

According to Alliance sources, Interpol’s clandestine undercover Task Force [number redacted], discovered a human auctioning ring operation on a luxurious Yacht off the coast of Monaco after receiving a tip-off from an insider who had a contact on-board. The Yacht, owned by one of the arrested bankers, was being used to host an exclusive auction where hostages were being sold to wealthy clients.

While investigating the tip, Interpol’s Task Force discovered that the bankers were part of an elite group that had been hosting these auctions for several months. The hostages, mostly women and children, the women were lured in with false promises of employment and underage girls were abducted then held captive on the Yacht until a buyer was found.

The hostages were predominantly from developing countries and were being sold for large sums of money to clients from different parts of the world. The buyers were said to be high-profile individuals with links to organized crime and human trafficking.

After gathering enough evidence, Interpol’s Task Force launched a clandestine rescue operation comprised of former Special Forces from various countries hired by the Task Force. This operation was kept hidden from local authorities and the public. The hostages were found caged and tranquilized and were immediately brought to safety.

This was a great success for the Alliance and a major blow to the Cabal’s human trafficking industry. The Alliance’s top priority is to protect the innocent and bring the perpetrators to justice.

The rescued hostages were provided with medical care, shelter, and counseling at a safe building managed by Interpol’s Task Force. The arrested bankers are now facing charges of human trafficking and are being held at a secret location without bail until their trial.

The hostages are now receiving the support and care they need to rebuild their lives and start anew. It is a reminder that evil is always lurking in the shadows, but with the unwavering efforts of the Alliance and their clandestine groups like Interpol’s Task Force [number redacted], it will not go unpunished.
