On March 5 1985 a charge of tax evasion was filed in Indianapolis Indiana by US Attorney George Duncan.
The charge was dismissed. Defense Attorney Lowell Becraft of Huntsville Alabama presented irrefutable evidence that the 16th Amendment to the US Constitution was never properly ratified.
This amendment which established the “income tax” was signed into law despite serious defects.
In reality only two states ratified the amendment and the ratification requires 36 states to be valid.
The affect of this is such that every tax paid in to the Treasury since 1913, is due and refundable to every citizen and business.
The official position to the service is as it has always been is to aid and assist the citizens of the United States.
We will not publish or advertise this finding as a total and immediate refund would cause a serious drain on the resources of the Treasury.
For those citizens who become aware of this finding and apply for a refund, expedite their refund documents as quickly and as quietly as possible.
A simple 1040X form will suffice until a new form is designed and printed.
Advise each of your managers that they are not to discuss this situation with anyone.

Banks fail critical margin levels and the DTCC will be forced to cover the shorts. DTCC insurance policy will fail as the insurers never had money to begin with and the Federal Reserve is stuck with the bag.
Wednesday– Stock market will drop another 20% before getting stopped. Subprime finally hits and housing prices crash by 50% and more. Meme stock, silver, gold, commodity trading is frozen and halted but this will only make the problem worse. Dollar insolvency is all over international news, while silver and gold skyrocket. U.S bonds will be dumped sending interest rates into the stratosphere. Mainstream media will now blare the Great Depression 2.0 and the collapse is here.
Thursday- U.S. government will begin to collapse and pressure on the current Admin to resign. Stock market will drop even more for a total of 85-96% since the crash on Monday. Grocery stores will now be empty as supply chains completely break down. Rumours of a coup against the U.S. government will begin to pick up on social media and gain public approval. Massive protests against the government, wallstreet, and the banks will erupt. Police will be deployed and attempt to brutally suppress the protests but they will be unsuccessful.
Friday– Voter fraud data is going to be dumped on the internet and this will add fuel to the fire. Reveals stolen elections going back 40 years. Government figures will go into hiding. Meme stock and silver/commodities shorts issue reaches international media and heads of state will demand answers from the U.S. because they too are exposed through weird financial instruments. BRICS will pick up steam to replace the dollar then and now. Dollar is declared non-grata in many countries in the world with legislation fast tracked to convert dollar denominated debt to other fiat to prevent a total credit freeze.

I am angry. As an American, I am sick and tired of what this country has become. I do probably curse more than I should, but I am pissed.
Our schools: Children are being indoctrinated by school teachers about s*xual activity rather than things they should be learning about. You know, like civics, math and science? What grown ass adult wants to discuss s*xual intercourse with a m*nor? I’ll tell you, a social deviant f***ing pervert. That’s who. I will not expose my son to that madness ever. This is why I am homeschooling my son from now on.
Our military: Our military is the weakest it has ever been. I have friends that are still in the military and they cannot wait to get out. Not because of their lack of service to this country, but the lack of leadership. The good ones are tired of getting slammed with “woke” PowerPoints on sh*t that doesn’t even matter to military readiness. It’s dumb. And our adversaries are laughing at us. I can’t even recommend someone to join the military until it is returned to its rightful place as the strongest military in the world.
Our southern border: The southern border is a dumpster fire. More illegal aliens and fentanyl are pouring through the border at record rates. The saddest part about this is the Democrats are wanting ILLEGALS to vote for any and all elections. Democrats only use their party for votes to continue their reign of power, while their own districts are literal sh*t-holes. Republicans are not safe from this. If they wanted the border shut down they would too. Always remember that Americans being murdered was never enough to shut the border down.

National debt: As of today the United States is at $35,000,000,000,000.00 in debt. How irresponsible of adults. I will never be gas lit to send money overseas anymore especially since Americans are struggling to put food on their table. How outrageously treasonous.
And to top all of this off. I am a white Christian male that was in the military is now considered a domestic terrorist by some. How unbelievable is this? The same ones that are backing the Military Industrial Complex. The same “elected leaders” that I served, don’t have our backs when we return home. The military are the ones that uphold and defend the Constitution, not them.
This is not what America should be about. This is not the country I served. Not anymore. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
