As of Sun. 1 Dec. 2024 almost seventeen year-old Kaitlynn Hunter, a valid witness to various crimes against children during her six years of unwarranted Ohio Foster Care, apparently remained in critical condition and without medical treatment after a brutal beating that included a head concussion on Wed. 6 Nov. 2024.

During her six years of unwarranted state custody, Kaitlynn has been continuously abused, starved for over a year (she lost 60 pounds), beaten several times, r***d and was twice refused the ability to file notarized documents in court about her a***e.

Even worse, Ohio Child Protective Services has repeatedly refused her medical care for numerous beatings that occurred in their Foster Care Homes.

Since Fri. 8 Nov. 2024 Kaitlynn, while in a critical medical, emotional and psychological condition including a bleeding brain, has been refused the right to talk to her only support person, her mother Jeannine Larrick.

CPS refuses to tell her mother where her critically ill daughter is, while Jeannine for no reason whatsoever, has been granted only very minimal contact during Kaitlynn’s six year stay in Ohio Foster Care.

There was absolutely no reason why Kaitlynn has had to be held in Ohio Foster Care Prison when she could have spent her teenage years at home with her loving family and pets.Officials of the State of Ohio needs to be held responsible for her six years of a***e, r***s, t*****e, starvation and beatings.

At age 11 Kaitlynn was placed in foster care for being home schooled, yet she has not been in regular school during her six years of Ohio Foster Prison, is presently not enrolled and now was behind at least a year in schooling.

Dayton Police and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office have yet to open an investigation on the matter even after continuous and multiple requests by various entities.

In fact, when federal and state government entities were repeatedly asked to open an investigation on Kaitlynn’s situation, there was no one willing to step forward. I have never been so disappointed in our government.
