The fires are a way to do an industrial job but not have to pay for it. Fires allow them to avoid imminent domain payments/legislation– or payment of the residents for the land, directly. The ‘disaster’ funds allow them to do the clean up on tax payer monies. On top of all of that they get paid for extra expenses/hours of disaster in hourly wages and increase of monthly user rates etc. ( so they a***e and traumatize us and then make us pay them for doing it) the only people getting paid by federal money for clean up are their crony corporations.
If you look at the volume of people that will need loans for new homes and businesses, it looks like it could be as much as a third of the state. So, the amount of land held in collateral at the bank is about a third of the total land mass. (This is just my assessment from a lay person’s view. The actual math can be discovered).
So, if the top shareholder of PG&E at the time of the fires is Black Rock and it is also the owner of all the major banks… you have motive. (Crimes against humanity?) They would also stand to benefit from all of the development of the new communities around the rail project, etc.
