According to leaked intelligence from the GITMO tribunal files, the Biden regime—backed by Obama-era operatives—has pulled off the largest taxpayer-funded laundering scheme in American history. $7 billion was funneled into a shell entity called The Climate United Fund—a pop-up “nonprofit” with zero history, no infrastructure, and no transparency.

This isn’t policy. It’s premeditated looting. The fund was created in late 2022 with just over $500,000 in starting revenue. Within two months, half of that money vanished with no paper trail. Then, out of nowhere, the Biden administration handed it $7 billion—based on a 49-page document, no vetting, no financial scrutiny, and no oversight. The EPA, under Biden’s radical appointee Michael Regan, rubber-stamped the deal. And the trail goes cold.

Where did the $7 billion go? Only $50 million has been loosely linked to solar projects in a few states. The remaining $6.95 billion is unaccounted for. This isn’t mismanagement. This is engineered disappearance.

And it gets worse. That same “nonprofit” is now pumping money into another shady entity: Power Forward Communities, tied to none other than Stacey Abrams. The pattern is clear—money moves through layers of front organizations, all linked to Democrat operatives, until it’s impossible to track. What looks like “climate funding” is really a political slush fund.

Who’s running this operation?

– Beth Bafford – former Obama White House official, no experience in billion-dollar management. Now CEO of the fund.

– Phil Angelides – ex-chair of the California Democratic Party, long-time donor network insider.

 – Anthony Foxx – Obama’s Transportation Secretary, plugged into top-tier fundraising circles.

– Dolores Huerta and Patrice Willoughby – radical activists embedded in Democrat political machines.

They created the shell. They staffed it with loyalists. They laundered billions through it.

And the media? Silent. The New York Times won’t touch it. CNN pretends it doesn’t exist. Fact-checkers call it “conspiracy theory” without investigating a single dollar. If Trump had done this, it would dominate the news cycle for weeks. But this time, there’s no noise—because they know the clock is running out.

This was the plan all along: drain the Treasury under the guise of climate initiatives, feed the Democrat war chest, and entrench loyalists before the 2026 and 2028 elections. This is not government. It’s state-sponsored theft. The Deep State is looting the vaults before the system resets—and they think no one will notice.

California Rep Carl DeMaio was warned to keep it quiet. He then discovered a 73 NGO Democrat money laundering operation. He was removed. “A pretty lengthy career that I’ve established in turning around financially troubled organizations, doing audits, doing fiscal and financial transparency reports, performance management. And I took all those skill sets and have been applying them to government at the federal, state and local level for the past 30 years. So when I was elected and I was appointed to the budget committee.

“So the first meeting I uncovered that the Newsom budget was not balanced. And Newsom said that in January that his budget was, quote, modestly balanced, it had a modest surplus. And I said, no, he’s a liar. You have a $10- $12 billion deficit. That’s what I was saying in January and here we are in May and Newsom admits that he has a $10- $12 billion dollars deficit.

“That same meeting I pinpointed what was driving our deficit in large part was the free health care handouts to illegal immigrants at state taxpayer expense. And we blew the lid open on the financial crisis in Medi Cal program they’re using to give out the free health care to illegal immigrants and that it wasn’t costing $6 billion and reimbursing with reimbursements from the federal government. It’s costing $10 billion. And there are no reimbursements from the federal government because these are ineligible recipients. You can’t use federal funds for illegal immigrants for welfare under federal law. And so we expose that. Then in the next meeting I exposed, by the way, they warned me after that first meeting that I better shut up, that I better stop it better myself.

“So in the second meeting I went after their MONEY LAUNDERING. We identified contracts and grants that Newsom and Democrats have been using through the state budget with your state taxpayer money to fund far left wing groups. We came up with 73 NGO groups that are being funded with your taxpayer money through a C***D 19 project that C***D 19 is so far, you know, gone and done, but they’re still having these C***D 19 programs with all this money being given out. And we went through these 73 organizations and they’re all left wing lobbying groups, fringe political groups, your taxpayer money funding far left politics.

“And so at the end of that hearing, I was thrown off because Newsom and the Democrats they don’t like it when you shine a light on their corruption and their wasteful spending. And so I knew, I knew that there would be retaliation.”

With all this information and evidence, how are Democrats and Gavin Newsom not being raided and thrown in prison?
