I’m petrified! Kaitlyn’s life is in danger! She’s a key witness against county and state! She’s got some serious new issues right now, but they still are denying her treatment.

On top of her fragile mental state because of prolonged prison a***e in the Ohio Foster Care System, today she dissociates, feels pressure in her skull, has a possible skull fracture, had a fluid leak yesterday and has a new knot on her skull.

They again denied her request for a Cat Scan when they took her to Children’s Hospital yesterday and did some blood work.

Kaitlyn’s Guernsey County Caseworker said she could keep her phone for safety reasons, but Brett Specialist of Dimensional Phases has taken it away for no justifiable reason.

She feels they are trying to get rid of her. She’s a key fed witness. Please save her. 

Yesterday they did a well check with police on her well being from your posts. I talked to him, Kaitlyn and Ms. Deon. It’s all on a recorder. I told him of her issues. She was still denied a Cat Scan.

Deon worker said he doesn’t have to talk to me.

Omg Please save this child from county and state! Who will save this child?

Judy Note: Ohio Foster Care abused sixteen year old Kaitlynn Marie Hunter suffers life threatening injuries from repeated beatings, the latest on Wed. 6 Nov. 2024 and now over a week later, she is still being refused proper medical care, or a badly needed Cat Scan.

She has been refused contact with her mother who is trying to get her medical care. Her phone has been taken away from her even though her caseworker told her she could keep it for safety’s sake.

There is strong indication she and other teens in the Ohio Foster Care System are being groomed for Child S*x T*********g.

Executive Director Nicole Caldwell of the Dimensional Phases Group Home 45 Oxford Avenue Dayton, OH 45402 where Kaitlynn is placed, will not allow Kaitlynn’s mother Jeannine Larrick to get Kaitlynn medical care, is refusing Kaitlynn to even call her mother and now has taken Kaitlynn’s phone away even though Kaitlyn’s Guernsey County Caseworker said she could keep her phone for safety.

In the past Caldwell and Administrator Ladona Herd (937-469-2907) has refused Kaitlynn permission to file court documents on her continued beatings and a***e while in ten years of Ohio Foster Care.

Kaitlynn has now twice been taken to a Children’s Hospital since the latest incident, but no treatment was given and her continued requests for a Cat Scan have been denied even though she has a history of past concussions from other beatings. Instead of treatment by medical staff she was threatened with being placed in Juvenile Detention even though she did not instigate the a***e.

Like other teens in the Ohio Foster Care System, Kaitlynn was at high risk of being put into a Child S*x T*********g Ring and/or forced donation of her o****s. They forced her to sign an o***n donation agreement.

On Sat. 9 Nov. 2024 Kaitlynn wrote, “Today when I woke up my left eye was a different color than my eyes usually are, which was a sign of head trauma. Along with that my eyes have been dilating consistently for the past few years unaddressed which is why my mother was concerned about the possibility of prior unaddressed head trauma. Ohio Child Protection Services has done nothing to protect me.”

Pictures of Kaitlynn show severe bruising and injuries throughout Kaitlynn’s entire body, her neck, shoulders, arms, elbows, knees, fingers, hands, ears, and most concerning, to her eyes (which have turned brown) and head.

Kaitlynn has been in Ohio Foster care for six years at which time she has had elevated liver enzymes (fatty liver) which went unaddressed for over two years, plus documented malnutrition where she lost over 60 pounds in less than a year, yet she was refused the diagnosed nutrients needed.

Kaitlynn says in a notarized statement, “In Ohio Foster Care I have been abused physically and mentally, starved, taunted, and pushed to the point of attempting taking my life not once, but multiple times by the pain and suffering I have endured and continue to endure in state custody.”

Kaitlynn is one of thousands of t********d children who have been transferred to multiple Ohio Foster Homes. She is presently in what is considered a high Child T*********g area. Of great concern was that Ohio State ID agents signed Kaitlynn up as o***n donor.

Kaitlynn is not in school, yet the only reason the state of Ohio removed Kaitlynn from her loving family, was because she was being homeschooled.

“I, Kaitlynn Marie Hunter, wish to return back home to my mother where my needs will be met and I will be safe.”

Judy Note: I would like to thank my readers for all the help and referrals they have sent out today in behalf on Kaitlyn. Keep it up. She remains in danger.

The police have given her a wellness visit, yet they did not assure her medical needs were met: no Cat Scan. No referral to a specialist in concussions. No treatment for the concussion.

A caseworker assured her she could keep use of her phone “for safety”, yet the group home took it away from her.

She could be a witness in court against group home administrators where she is forced to reside and who have refused her proper medical care for over a week since the last incident and who have refused her the right to file court papers about her a***e there. She defiantly is not in a safe environment.

Some have made complaints to the Ohio Governors office, various police departments and social services, but no one has assured her safety by taking her away from the group home she could be a court witness against. (There are indications Kaitlyn was being groomed to go into a Child S*x T*********g Ring.) This is absolutely disgusting. Shame on Ohio!!!
