Judy Note Tues. 19 Nov. 2024 Update: Ohio Foster Child Kaitlynn Hunter remains in critical condition with untreated injuries from a beating twelve days ago. Her whereabouts are unknown to anyone but her Ohio Child Protective Services perpetrators and Dayton police who kidnapped her from the Dayton Childrens Hospital in the middle of the night last Sat. 16 Nov. 2024 where she was being observed for a head injury.

It is strongly felt that Kaitlynn’s life is in danger. As of Tues. 19 Nov. 2024 Kaitlynn has gone thirteen days without medical treatment for serious injuries suffered in a beating on Wed. 6 Nov. 2024.

Kaitlynn is being held by her perpetrators, the Ohio Child Protective Services, in an unknown location without being able to contact of those she loves for assistance. That alone could be considered psychological t*****e.

CPS also took away her phone, even though several days ago she was told by a Protective Services Worker she could have her phone for such an emergency.

Ohio CPS haven’t allowed her contact with her mother Jeannine Jarrick since the beating incident on Wed. 6 Nov. 2024.

One would wonder why? The answer is simple. Kaitlynn’s mother Ms. Jarrick has mounds of evidence as to Kaitlynn’s t*****e and a***e over the last six years Kaitlynn has been in Foster Care Prison, plus evidence of t*****e, starvation and a***e of other youths in the Ohio Foster Care system. Kaitlynn is a court witness to CPS a***e of herself and other youth in the Ohio Foster Care System – which was strongly suspected to be running a Child S*x T*********g Ring. CPS appears to be trying to prevent Kaitlynn from testifying against them.

Kaitlynn is presently in critical condition, suffering head trauma, continuous pressure on her brain, pain and needle feelings in her skull, has a brain fluid leak, two knots on her skull, has trouble pronouncing, can’t spell and slurs words; is highly agitated; left eye has turned brown; for the past several years she has suffered Dissociation as a result of past trauma such as being starved for a year where she lost 60 pounds and denied prescribed nutrition to regain her health. Eyes have been dilating for the past few years as a result of past beatings. She is in need of an eye operation from a prior beating months ago. She has been without her clothes except for two outfits since last Sep, she has not been enrolled in school since last Sept, and she does not have her glasses which disappeared last Sept. She has been r***d and abused throughout her six year stay in Ohio Foster Care.

The now 16 year-old was placed in Ohio Foster Care at age 11 because her mother Jeannine Jarrick was homeschooling her. Ms. Jarrick has been fighting the court system and CPS ever since to get her back.

After my readers badgered Ohio authorities for several days, CPS finally took Kaitlynn to the Dayton Childrens Hospital for a CAT Scan and diagnosis, which she had twice been denied over the past nine days since the beating.

Jessica Barnes, who works at the Dimensional Phases Group Home where Kaitlynn was beaten said that in the early morning hours of Sat. 9 Nov. 2024 when Kaitlynn was at the Dayton Children’s Hospital, the Dayton Police and Guernsey County Child Protective Services forced their way into the Dimensional Phases Group Home without a warrant and demanded Kaitlynn’s things, which they then removed from the home.

It was around one am on that same Sat. morning 16 Nov. 2024 when those same police and CPS workers suddenly showed up at the Dayton Children’s Hospital and took Kaitlynn. She was in the hospital for a CAT scan, diagnosis and treatment and was to be observed overnight.

CPS took away her phone and went to an unknown location. They have refused Kaitlynn and her mother to communicate with each other since the beating. At the time of the abduction Kaitlynn overheard CPS workers say they were thinking of taking her out of state.

CPS claimed they had no medical records on her and as a result she suffered an allergic reaction to medication in the hospital – that was only understood after the mother Jeannine Jarrick told them of her past medical history. Ms. Jarrick was denied information as to her present medical condition and has not been allowed to talk to Kaitlynn since the beating incident.

I believe Kaitlynn is being groomed for a Child S*x T*********g Ring. I had word from a very reliable source as to details of that, yet it cannot be disclosed to the public at this time.

I have no where to send that intel. To my knowledge there has been no investigation opened on Kaitlynn’s case from any of the many government agencies notified by myself and many others since the beating. I have gotten the run a round from federal agencies and also from, as could be expected of a Protective Services government agency accused of a***e of many children, the local Child Protective Services and police.

 – which isn’t surprising. The Guernsey County CPS has had two Foster Children die since 2019 when Kaitlynn was placed in foster care for the ridiculous charge of being home schooled.

You can help the t******d children of Ohio Child Protective Services! Please let the below know what you think about their six year t*****e of Kaitlynn Hunter (who has no reason to be in foster care) and other t******d children in the Ohio Foster Care System.
